Contact enquiries
The contact form collects your name, company, email address, subject and message so that we can respond to your enquiry. Please provide only information needed for that conversation. Do not send sensitive or confidential information through the form.
When email delivery is configured, messages are processed through Google Workspace (Gmail API) and delivered to SYDI’s company mailbox. The application does not store enquiries in a website database. Email services may retain messages and delivery records according to their configuration.
The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. It loads when you start using the form and checks that submissions come from people rather than automated software. For this purpose Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address and browser characteristics.
Hosting and server logs
The website runs on Firebase App Hosting and Google Cloud. These services may process technical information such as IP addresses, request details and error logs to deliver, secure and operate the website. The application does not intentionally log contact message contents.
Cookies and optional analytics
We store your cookie preference in your browser’s local storage for up to six months. This preference is necessary to remember your choice. The website works without optional analytics.
If Google Analytics is configured, it loads only after you accept analytics. It can process information about page visits and browser or device characteristics, and may store analytics cookies. Advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalization remain denied.
Change your choice
When analytics is configured, use the “Cookie settings” button at the bottom of any page to accept or reject analytics. When analytics is disabled, no consent prompt is needed. Rejecting after acceptance disables further collection on this page, clears accessible Google Analytics cookies and reloads the page. Withdrawing consent does not erase information already sent.
Retention, service providers and your requests
Enquiries are used to handle the conversation and any resulting business relationship. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to ask about retention and the service providers involved. Available rights depend on the law applicable to your situation.
Hosting, analytics and email providers may process data outside your country. The applicable legal bases, retention periods and international transfer arrangements must be confirmed by SYDI before this draft is approved for production.
